Jordan was a fun (for me, not him) rescue on a cool crisp Saturday morning. Jordan had spent the last 48 plus hours in a tree after a neighbor's escaped dog chased him away from his own house and into the tree. Both nights that Jordan was in the tree the temperatures dropped below freezing. Jordan was on a limb only 15-20 feet high, but he was stuck way out at the end of the limb in the feathery twigs about 25 feet from the trunk. I got to practice my limb walking since Jordan didn't budge from his perch until I had made my way to within about 5 feet of him. What really seemed to make the difference was the smell of his favorite kibble.
