This was the second time I rescued Charlie from a tree in his backyard. This time he was about 55 feet up in a beautiful tulip tree. I passed through torrential downpours and thunderstorms on my way to the rescue, but fortunately the rain tapered off during the rescue. Charlie was an easy rescue this time. He seemed to remember me from 3 weeks ago when I first rescued him (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mLA-2Hykoz8). The rescue was also made easier by a new rescue bag I had just received in the mail earlier that day.
